Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Honey
  2. 1 cup non-hydrogenated Peanut Butter
  3. 1 cup Carob powder
  4. 1 cup Sesame Seeds
  5. 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  6. 1/2 cup shredded Coconut
  7. 1/2 cup chopped & pitted Dates
Instructions
  1. Heat honey and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat till soft.
  2. Quickly add carob, sesame and sunflower seeds, stirring.
  3. Add coconut and dates and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a square pan, cover with wax paper, and place in refrigerator for 45 minutes or until hard.
  5. Cut into squares prior to serving.
  6. Keep the uneaten portion in refrigerator.
OPTIONAL
  1. Coconut is optional {I don't make mine with coconut due to an allergy}.
  2. Dates can be substituted with another dry fruit of your choice.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of Oats if looking for more of a brownie than fudge.
