It’s hard to believe it’s back to school time already! Where did the Summer go? For the month of August, in lieu of a single book review, I’ve compiled a list of 15 Must Have Books for Back to School.
Depending on the child and the school system, there may be a lot or a little to do in preparation. Clothes, uniforms, supplies, haircuts…the list goes on.
In the midst of all the physical preparation, let’s not forget preparing our child mentally and emotionally for a new year with a new teacher, new students, perhaps a new school or school for the first time, more difficult classes, and larger loads of homework.
This list of 15 Must Have Books for Back to School covers the social basics like learning how to share and not interrupting to more advanced issues such as dealing with differences in abilities, personalities, and bullies. It also includes books encouraging organization, tackling homework, and using manners. This list is meant for kids of all ages!
