A healthy NO BAKE sweet snack & protein energy boost all in one!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup non-hydrogenated Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Carob powder
- 1 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped & pitted Dates
Instructions
- Heat honey and peanut butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat till soft.
- Quickly add carob, sesame and sunflower seeds, stirring.
- Add coconut and dates and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a square pan, cover with wax paper, and place in refrigerator for 45 minutes or until hard.
- Cut into squares prior to serving.
- Keep the uneaten portion in refrigerator.
OPTIONAL
- Coconut is optional {I don't make mine with coconut due to an allergy}.
- Dates can be substituted with another dry fruit of your choice.
- Add 1/2 cup of Oats if looking for more of a brownie than fudge.
